What Is Reformer Pilates?

Pilates, Elevated

Reformer Pilates takes the core principles of classic mat Pilates and adds a dynamic spring-resistance system. The result is a full-body workout that challenges your muscles through a full range of motion — building strength without bulk, improving posture, and developing body awareness.

Unlike traditional gym workouts, every movement on the reformer is intentional. Guided by an instructor in a small-group setting, you will work with your body — not against it.
