We offer a wide range of classes including strength training, HIIT, yoga, core conditioning, and functional fitness — all led by certified instructors.
Yes! Most group fitness classes are included with your Kauai Athletic Club membership. Specialty classes may have a small additional fee.
We recommend bringing water, a towel, and proper workout shoes. For yoga and stretching classes, feel free to bring your own mat (mats are also available on-site).
Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Instructors offer modifications so you can move at your own pace while progressing toward your goals.
Yes! Non-members can purchase a day pass to enjoy full access to our group fitness classes. Please note that specialty classes may have an additional fee.
Yes — unlimited group classes are included in every membership at no extra cost. We run 80+ classes per week across both locations, including Les Mills formats like BODYPUMP, BODYBALANCE, and CORE, as well as HIIT, Zumba, Yoga, Silver Sneakers, and more.
