Membership Policies
Kaua’i Athletic Club has implemented Membership Policies to provide clarity and ensure a smooth experience for all members. It is the responsibility of each member to observe and follow these Policies, along with any approved signage posted within the club. Kaua’i Athletic Club reserves the right to update or modify the Membership Policies at any time, without prior notice. Members are encouraged to stay informed by reviewing the most current version online.
The following Membership Policies supersede all previous versions. In the event of a conflict between these Policies and posted club notices, these Membership Policies shall prevail.
Kauai Athletic Club seeks, enrolls and maintains memberships without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, sexual orientation or age. It is further club policy that no circumstance or conduct undertaken by club personnel shall have the effect of discrimination on the basis of any of the aforementioned classifications. All club members shall have full and equal access to the club facility. All members with disabilities shall be entitled to reasonable accommodations for their physical and mental impairments. Any member who believes that they have been/are being treated unfairly on any of the aforementioned matters should first report to club management or to Kauai Athletic Club at 1 (808) 245-5381
These terms ensure a consistent, fair billing process and allow us to maintain flexible options for all members.
All memberships are charged monthly via Autopay on a provided debit/credit card. This means that once you sign up for a membership, your monthly dues will be automatically charged to your card on the same day each month.
Your membership will conclude after the selected membership plan term that you have selected.
If you elect to renew your membership plan or choose another plan within 14 days of your end date, Kauai Athletic Club will waive the enrollment fee.
At our gym, we strive to make fitness convenient and affordable for everyone. As such, we have developed the following membership policy:

If you need to take a break from your membership, you may freeze it for free for up to three months at a time. After three months, your
membership will automatically resume unless you choose to extend your freeze (for another three months or less) or your contract
expires. Freezes must be requested in person at the reception desk.
If you need to cancel your membership before the conclusion of the agreed-upon term a $150 early cancellation fee will be charged to
the card presented for monthly membership fees. Cancellations must be executed in person by requesting and signing a cancellation form
at the reception desk. Any past dues owed must also be paid before cancellations will be executed. Non-payment of any owed
membership fee may result in collection activity.
Age Requirements
Minimum Age:
Members must be at least
15 years old
to join Kaua‘i Athletic Club.
Parent/Guardian Consent:
A parent or legal guardian must be present at sign-up for all members under the age of 18.
Supervision:
Members aged 15–17 may use the facility independently, but must follow all club policies be with an adult.
Under 15:
Individuals under 15 are not permitted to use the facilities.

Need to take a break? As a courtesy, we offer unlimited membership freezes at no charge during your contract period. Your membership will resume once the freeze ends and continue through the remainder of your contract. Freeze requests must be made in person at the front desk.
