Frequently Asked Questions – Membership FAQ

You can sign up in person at either of our locations or start the process online. Choose from 3, 6, or 12-month commitment options. All memberships are billed monthly via autopay.

Yes. After your 3, 6, or 12-month commitment ends, your membership automatically switches to month-to-month unless you cancel.

Need to take break? As a courtesy, we will 'freeze' your membership at NO CHARGE for up to 3 months during you contract period. After 3 months your membership will resume until the end of your contract period. Cancellations must be done in person at least 7 days before your renewal date.

Proper workout attire is required. No street clothes, jeans, or bare feet are allowed on the gym floor. Closed-toe athletic shoes are required.

Absolutely. We never sell or rent your information. Your data is encrypted and only accessed by authorized staff for account-related services. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

Yes! Non-members can purchase a day pass to enjoy full access to our group fitness classes. Please note that specialty classes may have an additional fee.
