With over seven years of experience and certifications from both the NSCA and Precision Nutrition, she brings a rare combination of technical knowledge and real-world coaching ability to every session.
Her philosophy is simple: education builds confidence, and confidence builds consistency. She doesn't just tell you what to do — she teaches you why, so that you become your own best coach over time. Natalie programs in structured phases — building an aerobic and movement foundation first, then layering in progressive overload as her clients grow more capable. Every session has a purpose, and every program has a plan behind it. She doesn't believe in random workouts or cookie-cutter plans — everything is built from scratch, specific to you.
Outside of the gym, Natalie incorporates habit-based nutrition coaching, sleep optimization, and stress management into her work. She believes that lasting transformation happens when the whole person is supported — not just the hour they spend lifting weights.
