What types of group fitness classes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of classes including strength training, HIIT, yoga, cycling, core conditioning, and functional fitness — all led by certified instructors.

Are classes included with my membership?

Yes! Most group fitness classes are included with your Kauai Athletic Club membership. Specialty classes may have a small additional fee.

What should I bring to class?

We recommend bringing water, a towel, and proper workout shoes. For yoga and stretching classes, feel free to bring your own mat (mats are also available on-site).

Can beginners join group fitness classes?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Instructors offer modifications so you can move at your own pace while progressing toward your goals.

Can I take classes without a membership?

Yes! Non-members can purchase a day pass to enjoy full access to our group fitness classes. Please note that specialty classes may have an additional fee.
